Mid To Senior-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Chicago, IL, seeks a motivated and experienced Mid to Senior-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage a diverse caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and partners.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably within a reputable law firm.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in Trial Advocacy or similar specialization is advantageous.
