Duties:

• Draft and argue persuasive motions, briefs, and legal documents.
• Prepare and depose witnesses, ensuring thorough and effective testimony.

• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure timely case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar.

• Experience managing cases independently with limited supervision.
