Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of practicing law; eviction, foreclosure, litigation, or title experience preferred.
  • License: Active California State Bar license; additional state Bar licenses preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Current membership with the California State Bar, with all licensing and continuing education requirements met.
