Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies.
• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of issues.
• Negotiate settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide support.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in litigation.
• Admission to the California Bar and an active license to practice law in California.
• Excellent academic credentials and a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with employment law and general business litigation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license.
