  • Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and regulations is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal privacy laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data protection, management, and security protocols.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial contracts.
