Associate Attorney Insurance Defense

A law firm seeks a skilled Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense and general liability litigation to join its Syracuse, NY office. Duties

• Represent clients in insurance defense and general liability matters.
• Manage case files from inception to resolution, including discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and court hearings as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and ensure excellent client representation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense or general liability litigation.

Education
