  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on government contracting issues.
  • Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients and government agencies.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in government regulations and industry trends.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings and proceedings related to government contracts.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments within the firm.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in government contracts and regulatory matters, or a demonstrated interest in the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of insightful research and analysis.
  • Exceptional persuasive writing abilities.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in the District of Columbia Bar, active and in good standing.
