Pre-trial Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated Pre-trial Litigation Attorney with at least one year of experience to join its growing litigation team in Buffalo, NY. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.

• Provide legal counsel to clients, advising on proper courses of action.
• Appear in court to represent clients and argue motions during pre-trial proceedings.
• Conduct depositions (prior experience preferred, but training will be provided).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pre-trial litigation.
• Admission to practice law in New York State.

Education
