Duties:

• Manage a wide range of complex litigation cases from start to finish.
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop litigation strategies and ensure the efficient handling of cases.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to meet client objectives.
• Mentor junior attorneys and guide on legal matters.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Established relationships within the legal community preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience in managing a diverse caseload and handling all aspects of litigation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An Active Bar license in North Carolina is required.
