Job Overview

Duties

  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Conduct legal research and provide regulatory advice to clients in the healthcare and elder care sectors

  • Represent clients in negotiations, administrative hearings, and court proceedings

  • Assist with matters related to licensing, compliance, and corporate governance

  • Advise clients on employment law issues and best practices

  • Support real estate, nonprofit, and corporate transactional matters

  • Participate in client meetings and maintain regular case updates

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant legal experience

  • Willingness to commute to and work in the Dearborn office full time

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
