Immigration Associate Attorney

Irvine office of our client seeks immigration associate attorney with 4-5 years of business immigration experience. The candidate will manage several assignments at once. Will have appearances at USCIS, as well as brief writing, the preparation of immigration petitions, and the drafting of motions. Should be member of a State Bar. Must have valid and current license to practice law.

The ideal candidate must have excellent research and writing skills; Strong ability to communicate with clients and paralegals. Should have good organization and time management skills. Must have ability to thoroughly review forms, files, and records; and ability to work independently.
