A law firm is recruiting for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle patent litigation for a diverse range of national and international clients.

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and motions.

  • Draft and review legal documents such as briefs, motions, and discovery requests.

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights into patent law matters.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

  • Maintain a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of intellectual property litigation experience, particularly in patent law.

  • Federal judicial law clerk experience is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the relevant state bar.

Skills:

  • Expertise in patent litigation.

  • Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is strongly encouraged.

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
