The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control. Duties:

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation and regulatory proceedings, including merger control cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, policies, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, providing support and legal strategy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in formulating legal strategies and case plans.
• Maintain client relationships and provide timely and effective updates on case progress.
• Stay current on developments in antitrust law and contribute to thought leadership within the practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Strong understanding of antitrust law, regulations, and case law.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of success in a legal setting, particularly in litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Washington, DC, or the ability to obtain licensure.

Skills:

• Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in legal writing, including drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
