Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate partnership agreements (preferred but not required).
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on tax regulations and their impact on business transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop tax-efficient strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in federal transactional tax matters.
  • Strong background in M&A, transaction structuring, and business entity formation.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating partnership agreements is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

  • Admission to practice law in Ohio.
