A law firm in Orlando is actively seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate Attorney with 5+ years of robust corporate and/or M&A experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent attention to detail, drafting proficiency, and the ability to lead projects and transactions.
