Duties:

• Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively.
• Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.
• Assist in formulating legal strategies and approaches for family law cases.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to cases.

Requirements:

• Active Nevada Bar license or a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with the ability to obtain a Nevada Bar license within one year.
• A valid Bar license from any state in the U.S. is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree (Required).

Certifications:

• Nevada Bar License (Required).
• License to practice law in any state in the U.S. (Preferred).

Skills:

• Proficient legal research abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of family law is highly desirable.
