New York City office of our client seeks a junior lawyer with experience. The candidate will act as a trusted guide, enabling clients to achieve their objectives. Will embrace problem-solving, proactively driving results that make a meaningful difference. Cultivate productive relationships with colleagues and external clients, helping them overcome challenges throughout the business cycle. Provide actionable legal advice across a wide spectrum of issues, promoting collaboration within the diverse team. Previous experience in BigLaw or specialized boutique law firms is desired. In-house legal experience preferred. Additional business-related experience, such as startup leadership, consulting, or an MBA program, is desired. Valid membership in and licensure by the State Bar essential. Graduation from an accredited law school is essential. The firm offers competitive compensation and bonus packages.
