Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases, from initial intake through to settlement.
  • Conduct comprehensive case investigations to assess liability and damages.
  • Draft and file necessary legal documents during the pre-litigation process.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the progression of their cases.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and fellow attorneys to ensure effective case management.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal briefs, and offer sound legal advice to clients.
  • Review, draft, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Stay updated on state laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to personal injury cases.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in the state of California.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of personal injury experience, with a focus on pre-litigation.
  • Proven track record of managing personal injury cases and achieving successful outcomes.
