  • Prepare discovery requests and respond to discovery requests from opposing parties.
  • Draft and respond to discovery-related motions to ensure case progression.
  • Attend court appearances regularly to represent clients and argue motions.
  • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
  • Draft motions for summary judgment to expedite case resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in litigation.
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Kentucky.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent research abilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
