Duties:

• Analyze, research, and draft briefs addressing complex legal issues, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification.
• Successfully arguing motions in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions, ensuring comprehensive case preparation.
• Manage trial preparations, including witness coordination and evidence organization.
• Supervise junior associates and paralegals, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Lead complex commercial litigation matters, overseeing case management from inception to resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on case strategies.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Proven ability to draft persuasive legal documents and articulate complex legal arguments.
• Demonstrated trial experience and familiarity with case law.
• Experience in managing junior staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Federal clerkship experience is preferred.
• Strong academic background and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
