Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Valid Tennessee State Bar license and authorization to practice law in Tennessee.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex litigation matters and client relationships.
• Proficiency in legal technology, including document management and case management systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Tennessee State Bar membership.
