Duties:

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a top-tier law firm, specializing in real estate equity transactions.
  • Proven expertise in handling commercial real estate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and financings.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:

  • Expertise in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with real estate law and industry-specific regulations.
