Duties

• Assist in the preparation and organization of case files, ensuring all evidence is appropriately cataloged.
• Support senior attorneys with the development of litigation strategies, including drafting and filing motions, briefs, and other necessary documents.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, providing valuable assistance in case presentations.
• Communicate regularly with clients, offering clear and effective legal advice and updates.
• Stay up to date with legal trends, case law developments, and regulatory changes to ensure top-tier service to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to strengthen the firm’s overall litigation strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and good standing.
• 3-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.

Education
