Lateral Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lateral Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring diverse legal expertise and perspectives to the firm and help us provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in a variety of practice areas.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies and provide mentorship to junior associates.
• Stay current on legal developments, changes in regulations, and relevant case law.
• Maintain accurate and organized case records and documentation.
• Participate in firm marketing and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar or eligible for admission by reciprocity.
