Location:

Duties:

• Draft petitions, motions, and other legal documents related to workers' compensation claims
• Represent clients in hearings and trials
• Conduct depositions, both taking and defending
• Negotiate and finalize case settlements
• Manage a caseload independently while ensuring timely case progression

Requirements:

• Ability to handle a full caseload independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in California
• Candidates awaiting bar results may also be considered

Skills:

• Legal writing and research proficiency
• Litigation experience in workers' compensation law (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
