Structured Finance Of Counsel

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its team in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs and be able to communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, performing work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• JD degree.
• 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and CLO experience.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in NY.
