Duties:

• Manage and advise clients on various business immigration matters, including non-immigrant visas (H, L, etc.) and immigrant visas (PERMs).
• Prepare and review business immigration petitions and applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop case strategies to support clients' immigration goals, including both individuals and corporate entities.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and service.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
• Handle complex legal research and provide innovative solutions to immigration challenges.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and manage multiple cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures, including PERMs, NIVs, and IV petitions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop case strategies and manage a full caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems with creative approaches.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
