Requirements:

  • Proven track record in defending regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.
  • Experience in a law firm or in-house environments, particularly with privacy and cybersecurity breach response or litigation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility to become licensed in Texas.
