  • Conduct thorough case evaluations and prepare the necessary documentation.
  • Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients to ensure their best interests are represented.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Utilize MS Office and Outlook to manage and document case details.
  • Coordinate with other legal professionals and departments to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and manage various responsibilities with excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • State Bar certification in Texas.
  • 3-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual ability is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • State Bar certification in Texas.
