Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance defense or personal injury cases.

• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including motion practice, hearings, and depositions.

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and correspondence.

• Participate in trial preparation and provide support during trial proceedings.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience.

• Experience in insurance defense or personal injury is preferred.

• Proven ability to handle matters through various stages of litigation.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Trial experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a hybrid remote work environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Florida.
