Duties:

• Manage and litigate insurance defense cases.

• Handle personal injury claims and other related defense matters.

• Work independently on cases, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and provide legal analysis and counsel.

• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on case strategy and progress.

• Manage case files, communicate effectively with clients, and report case developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense, including personal injury.

• Ability to work independently and manage cases with minimal supervision.

• Strong client communication skills.

• Proven experience in litigation, depositions, and settlements.

• Must be licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New York Bar License (Required).

• New Jersey Bar License (Required).

Skills:

• Strong background in insurance defense and personal injury law.

• Ability to manage and litigate cases independently.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral argument skills.
