The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in various litigation matters. Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals on case strategy and execution.
• Manage caseload and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Current license to practice law in Colorado.
• 0-4 years of experience in litigation.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
