This role is ideal for a highly skilled attorney with a passion for managing complex cases, from strategy development to trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both state and federal court litigation, with significant experience handling sophisticated legal matters in the business and commercial sectors.

Duties:

• Lead cases from initial intake through strategy development, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Handle large-scale document production and manage legal research for complex litigation.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions in various legal matters.
• Represent clients at court hearings and proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide second-chair support during trials and assist in trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or business litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues in both state and federal courts.
• Strong experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through trial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities efficiently.

Education:

• J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar.
