Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from start to finish
• Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Provide legal advice and recommendations on commercial litigation matters
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and industry trends
• Manage client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• An active member of the Florida Bar
• Strong litigation skills with a demonstrated history of handling complex cases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar
