Duties

Handle depositions, court hearings, and appeals as necessary.
Collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds, including incarcerated individuals, ensuring effective representation.
Work alongside senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.
Advocate for civil rights issues in both trial and appellate courts.
Requirements
2-5 years of litigation experience, with preference for civil rights or constitutional law.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience handling depositions, court hearings, and motions.
Demonstrated passion for civil rights law and advancing justice through litigation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
Active license to practice law.
