Duties:

  • Assist in the structuring and negotiation of project finance transactions.
  • Provide legal support for energy-related and infrastructure projects.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Manage due diligence processes and work with various stakeholders to facilitate deal closings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and legal developments in project finance and energy law.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of transactional experience, preferably in project finance, energy law, or general corporate law.
  • Strong academic background with exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education:
