Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

York office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mergers and acquisitions attorney with 5+ years of substantive M&A experience, including drafting and negotiating transaction agreements. The candidate will work tirelessly to successfully complete every transaction and are committed to resolving issues and removing obstacles. Real estate law and financial services experience is a plus. Must have an active Bar licensure in good standing.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Excellent deal management, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Must be proactive, highly motivated, and team-oriented.
