Plaintiff's Trial Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced Plaintiff's Trial Attorney to join its Birmingham, Alabama office. Duties

• Manage high-exposure litigation cases from start to finish, working under the guidance of a supervising partner.
• Conduct thorough inspections of accident scenes, collaborating with experts to draft detailed reports and analyze aspects of liability, causation, and damages.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, attend hearings, and effectively argue motions.
• Interview witnesses and negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Perform comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and documentation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Strong academic credentials and a proven track record in trial preparation and litigation.
• Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
