A law firm seeks an Attorney to join their team in Parker, CO. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in civil/commercial litigation, including expertise in construction law, real estate law, contract disputes, general liability/personal injury disputes, and mechanic’s liens.

Job Overview:

The Attorney will handle cases from inception to resolution, with support from other team members within the firm. The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and negotiating settlements.

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of civil/commercial litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
