Insurance Defense Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Handle all phases of complex litigation matters, including bad faith and premises liability cases.
• Take and defend depositions of parties and experts.
• Draft and respond to written discovery, dispositive motions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions and court appearances.
• Develop and implement creative and strategic approaches to case management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and litigation.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, drafting legal documents, and handling written discovery.
• Familiarity with bad faith and premises liability cases (preferred).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically in complex litigation matters.
• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
