Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a mid-level litigation attorney. This role will report directly to the Litigation Partner and will involve providing legal counsel and representation for various litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a diverse range of legal tasks, including research, document preparation, and assisting with court hearings.

Duties:

• Research and draft memoranda, pleadings, trial and appellate briefs, resolutions, and other legal correspondence.
• Assist in preparing for hearings, including witness preparation, document revisions, and settlement agreements.
• Provide support in litigation tasks as needed by the supervising attorneys.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of legal experience as an attorney.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to prepare and revise legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Organizational skills to manage workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the state bar.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
