This role involves representing clients in litigation matters, preparing cases for trial, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Location

• Phoenix, AZ

Duties

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including personal injury and property damage cases

• Conduct client meetings, demonstrating empathy and professionalism

• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers

• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair in court proceedings

• Evaluate claims and provide strategic legal guidance

• Draft legal documents, motions, and other pleadings

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests

• Maintain case files and keep clients informed of case progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience

• First-chair trial experience required

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the Arizona Bar
