Duties

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to associate attorneys and paralegals, helping to resolve conflicts and streamline case management.
• Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses.
• Represent clients in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate or equivalent in the legal field.
• Proven track record in managing and advocating in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Strong time management, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD), LLM, or JSD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the local and state Bar associations.
