Requirements:

  • Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar or equivalent U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of trial and court experience post-J.D.

  • Strong expertise in legal research, case law application, and persuasive writing.
  • Familiarity with legal research databases and complex case management skills.
  • Proven ability to appear in court and effectively argue motions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensure as an attorney in Washington or a comparable jurisdiction within the United States.
