  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and office staff within established systems and processes.
  • Attend client meetings and engage in public speaking when necessary.
  • Participate in individual and firm-wide networking and marketing efforts to generate new clients.
  • Commit to continuous learning and maintaining proficiency in current legal techniques.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
  • 0-3 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for family and criminal law.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in dealing with the general public and legal professionals.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
