  • Draft and file motions, legal documents, and submissions while overseeing paralegals.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams to ensure case progression.
  • Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures where applicable.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on legal knowledge through continuing education and professional development.
  • Support firm goals by exploring new opportunities and taking ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in litigation, from filing suits to judgment enforcement.
  • Familiarity with creditor’s rights law is a plus.
  • Must be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be located in Colorado and able to work in-office.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the Colorado Bar.
