Duties:

• Represent a diverse array of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in a wide range of transactions.
• Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financing arrangements within the commercial real estate sector.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
• Deliver strategic insights informed by strong business judgment and extensive legal expertise.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• At least six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
