Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage and oversee estate and trust administration matters.

  • Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
  • 3-4 years of experience practicing in trusts and estates law, preferably with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and implications related to estate planning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
