Duties:

• Represent clients in court appearances, including trials and hearings in Federal and State Courts.

• Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Perform legal research and analysis to provide case strategies and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Manage cases related to civil rights, employment law, constitutional law, and insurance defense.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong experience with depositions, discovery, trials, and court appearances.

Education:
