Trial Attorney

The candidate will handle the full range of casework, from case inception through trial, including factual investigation, discovery, and depositions, complex motion practice including dispositive motions and pre-trial motions, and participation in civil jury trials. Manage case files and investigate facts. Draft and respond to discovery. Conduct and lead depositions. Draft and review motions. Attend court hearings and trials. Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial is required. Must have admission to practice in Illinois.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Advanced knowledge of state and federal court procedures is required. Should be capable of independent work. The ability to analyze complex matters is essential. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
